My friend and I have been going to Natasha’s fitness approximately a year now. My friend started first and told me how much she was enjoying the classes and the workouts. I have never been a fitness class person, but my friend talked me into giving it a try. SO glad I did. Natasha’s HIIT classes are great. Lots of variety in the work outs, keeping it interesting, and very effective. The classes are fun, making the time go by quickly but at the end you are really sweating , so you know you got a great workout! She will also give you an alternative exercise depending on your fitness level or specific needs, such as knee injury etc. I have not taken the yoga classes but my friend has and says they are great as well. There is a good variety of times to suit anyone’s schedule. Natasha herself is a very warm and friendly person and offers help beyond the 30 minute class, with such things as nutrition, answering any questions you may have and helping you stay motivated. Her classes are inclusive for anyone regardless of age, shape or size, which I love. My friend and I would highly recommend Natasha’s fitness!

I have been attending Natasha C fitness for the past two years. I have never “stuck” this long to a workout before. It’s all due to the enthusiastic and knowledgeable Natasha. She motivates us and prepares workouts that are varied always inspiring us to do more.The best part is that she makes working out fun.She has helped me to be the healthiest and strongest I have ever been.I am extremely grateful to be part of her tribe.She is truly AMAZING.

NatashaCFitness has changed the way I workout. Previous to coming here I was with a personal trainer who more focused on strength training, which was great but that wasn't great for me. I attend the HIIT classes. The classes are short but effective and she is very flexible. Natasha's fitness classes get you sweating and really feel like you getting in a great workout. There is always new and exciting things she offers like Pumpkin workout for Halloween, Glow- In - the -Dark workouts and nutritional coaching. I have experience all these programs and workouts. She makes working out enjoyable; she is very encouraging and welcoming to all. The ladies that workout at NatashaCFitness are the best and you're always bound to have a good laugh. Natasha knows her stuff and she is always willing to help you through your fitness and nutritional journey.

Natasha C Fitness is amazing! I love her 30 min HIIT & yoga classes and have seen incredible results in just a few short months. Natasha is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and has great energy. She offers a variety of class times throughout the week which has kept me on track despite my crazy shift work schedule. I love working out in such a body positive environment with a diverse group of woman all striving to achieve their fitness goals. I’d highly recommend Natasha C Fitness!!

Natasha Is very welcoming and warm. She modifies her training to fit the needs of everyone. Her 30 minute sessions are fun and compact. She truly cares about the wellbeing of everyone. Natasha is absolutely incredible at what she does. I’ve been with Natasha through two pregnancies and she was very knowledgeable at modifying for me and also encouraging me throughout the pregnancy and after the birth of my children. I’ve never walked away from there without feeling sore for days after - she knows how to kick some butt and have fun while doing it! Besides being an expert in her field, she’s also an amazing person who creates a safe and comfortable environment which makes everyone successful - thanks for everything Natasha!!!

I absolutely LOVE going to Natasha's fitness classes! She is so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable in the workouts she delivers. She creates an inclusive space where all women feel strong, powerful and motivated! Her work outs are quick (30 minutes), accommodating to different schedules having multiple fitness class times and you definitely see results. A great spot to workout!

Love working out with Natasha!Lots of times to choose from, classes are a half and hour and an awesome workout!Natasha is very passionate about what she does, it does not matter your fitness level or if you have physical limitations her smile, enthusiasm and energy and laugh makes it fun. She modifies all of her exercises to fit all fitness levels!Natasha is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and often sends out delicious, healthy recipes to try!Great way to meet other ladies, share some laughs, while working out , feeling better, feeling fitter!Thanks Natasha for all you do!

Natasha is by far, the most inspiring and motivating person I’ve ever met. She continuously pushes us to do our best and works with us to help in achieving our goals. Natasha’s vast knowledge of Health, Nutrition and overall Wellness is incredible – always staying current and always continuing to further her education.The High Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT ) classes she offers are only 30 minutes long, making it possible for anyone to do – regardless of age, shape or size. Natasha will work with you to ensure you achieve the best results possible and always makes modifications where necessary.Not only are the classes filled with a great group of people, but Natasha always strives to make each and every class different, fun and effective; from Glow- in-the-Dark classes, to dress up work outs, and most recently a class that allowed us to work out with our kids!Natasha goes over and above for her clients – always making the time to answer any questions one may have via text, email or in person. Her Facebook page in filled with healthy tips, recipes, fun facts and motivational quotes! It’s clear that Natasha’s clients are her number 1 priority. Her continued support and motivation is what brings me back to her 6 days a week!Thanks Natasha – only YOU can make working out so much fun!
