Needs update for their toys, tables and chairs, and specifically their RULES. We pay 50$ and the manager still argues about throwing our coffee that we got from outside. I am sorry but your food is expensive for no reason. Like why ? You are just losing clients. I was a regular client but now it's disgusting how they treat their customers.

All I wanted is for kids to have fun while I can enjoy a coffee watching them, even when I offered to buy another coffee from their expensive cafe while having my own coffee, but the lady at the desk firmly didn't allow that although we paid over 50 dollars for 2 toddlers and 2 parents. Place isn't bad but worn out and small, for 50 dollars you expect better toys and better service. Needs an update to the toys, rules and mannerisms.

Nice little place to bring kids. Staff friendly.Entry fee about 22$ for 1 kid and 1 adult together.Enough space for kids to run around. However, when it is packed, it might be too crowded.Food has good quality and fair price.It is easily accessible from parking in the front of the mall. Free parking.

Its a great place for a playdate or a birthday party. They provide kid's meals and a coffee for the adults. Have individual rooms for birthday parties and the play area is for everyone to enjoy. Great way to get out the energy of those little ones.

Good indoor playground. Clean, medium size, with snack bar, area for birthday parties, and an area for toddlers (0-3). Staff was friendly and helpful.Good attention to detail to make things safe for little kids: you need to be buzzed out by staff to leave the play area, and door jambs on washroom doors were covered, so that little fingers don't get caught.

Great small space to bring your family. 50 dollars for entry fee for a family of 4, you can also plan birthday parties here etc... the staff members were also very nice and welcoming. There isn't a big sign outside the galerie for kazoom at the front entrance (just the back) the main entrance is near the SAAQ

I was debating g on the numbers of points - as my only critic would be that certain parent / kid combos should not be allowed. Different story....The Kazoom is very clean for the number of kids, parents can assist their kids, it’s not too big.Big plus is the way it’s organized; the control on who can leave with a kid is much better than at other places.The food selection could be a bit healthier.

We went here as a family of three after checking out from our AirBnb as we had some time to kill before our flight. My son really enjoyed the indoor play ground ! We are highly appreciative of the lady who was in charge. She guided us through a lot of things which includes placing our luggage for the duration of our stay to booking a taxi (and even following up with the taxi company and checking up on us while we were waiting for the taxi). Definitely recommend this place !

very dirty, dark and lots of damaged and cracked toys would not recommend. save your money for zig zag zoo or funtropolis or other cleaner safer and bigger facility.
