It was okay. None of us were able to connect to the Bluetooth so we weren't able to listen to the music and the driver missed the turn twice. Making us a half hour late for the wedding ceremony and we were the bridal party! It was fine though the wedding went smoothly.

Chawn was our driver he was great with amazing service on time. When I called to book the Limousine Jason was very professional and new exactly what vehicle we need his prices are fair we would book with Infinity Limousine again.

Booked a limo for a concert back in March. The booking and planning all went well with Jason. They needed a credit card up front to book so I paid. I cancelled a month prior to the event and was told it would be no problem, and that I would be reimbursed on the next workday. I mentioned I would use their services again as the experience up until this point went well. I still have not been reimbursed for this booking, 4 months after the fact. I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office, e-mails are ignored. I'd give you 0 stars if I could. Next step is the better business bureau. Do the right thing and straighten this out asap. MarkQuick update on the owners response** I'll call BS on the fake review. I have e-mail correspondence with Jason ( I assume yourself) who said it wasn't a problem to get a full refund for the services that were never provided. BBB couldn't get a hold of you for a response or get you to repay me either. What a way to run a business. I'll give you 1 more try to do the right thing and repay, and I would change my reviews and not tell everyone I know to steer clear of your company.

We rented a car service with Infinity Limousine Johnny was our driver the service was perfect more then we expected we will using them again when we’re in Ottawa.
