We had a horrible experience with Troy and his crew when they came to repair a crack in our foundation about a year ago. They didn't do things by the book, and ended up cutting our gas line (which could have been avoided had they actually pinned its location). They lied to my face several times, attempted to convince me that their own guy could repair it, therefore forcing me to report the gas leak myself. I'm certain that it would have never been reported and would have been fixed" (until further problems arise) had I not been home to report it myself. When Enbridge arrived to fix the leak

DOES NOT HONOUR WARRANTY!!! Work was done in 2013 which has a 20 year warranty. Moisture started developing in my basement where he did a repair. At first Troy says that he didn't do that particular part of my house. Then comes to look at it and admits that they did the injection moulding but it was a 50/50 shot of it working and wasn't under warranty. It clearly states a 20 year warranty on the original paperwork and on the list is the injection moulding. I show him the paperwork and he says he will come the next day to redo it and it will take 30 min. I haven't heard from him since. I've left multiple voice messages, texts, and emails and he hasn't returned any of them. DO NOT TRUST IN THIS COMPANY!!!

I am not pleased with Affordable Concrete’s work as they do not honor their guaranty. The crack was not sealed as they simply installed membranes which were not properly fastened to the foundation wall. He damaged the underground electrical wire. Troy overcharged based on the quote. It took too long to start the work and complete it. I would not recommend Affordable Concrete.

Troy and the ACS team were professional, polite, punctual and hard working. I hired them in the spring of 2019 to excavate my back yard and pour a new foundation for the construction of a 2 storey addition. Troy arranged his schedule to fit me in early in the season so that the rest of the project could proceed on schedule. I am thankful I found a reliable partner for such a critical phase of the job.Communication was great throughout the project. Affordable Concrete Services completed two contracts for us. They replaced our garage concrete floor and, our total satisfaction with this job, was the reason we called Troy to repair a leaky foundation joint. We found the submitted estimates for the garage floor to be way below other submissions and, in the case of the work on the foundation, the cost quoted by Troy was quite reasonable. In fact, we did not feel it necessary to call for estimates from other contractors for this second job. In both cases, quality materials were used and the jobs were completed on time. Troy's employees were skilled and conscientious, making certain that the job site was well cleared of all debris before leaving. We have already recommended AFC to our friends without reservations and would call on Troy if ever the occasion arises that we have a need for his services.

About 4 yrs ago I bought a home that had moisture" problems in the basement. I discovered that "moisture" was an understatement; the basement took on water; 3" deep in some places.Thus began the quest to find an inexpensive contractor & funds to fix the issue. After several quotes around $40

If I could put zero stars I would. I got a quote from them and they told me it would be $25,000 to fix and there only one small crack leaking and moisture in two other areas when it rains. I ask them if there was a cheaper alternative he said no. Called in another foundation guy he quoted me at 2800$ and its guarranteed for 20years!

Very pleased with this company. They repairs were exceptional. They made great suggestions to assure that the work would be guaranteed. And they cleaned up the yard and their tools every day before they left. Highly recommend this company.

We hired troy to build a basement staircase to our home this summer and when we found problems with our weeping tiles his team offered us good solutions at reasonable price. Overall we're very satisfied with our service.

I hired this company to replace the entire weeping tile system on my house. I had four estimates and Affordable Concrete was the lowest.The work was done as estimated. Troy was very accommodating and his employees were professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
