Stopped here after a busy day, gone in for a shower and employee says no shower available, they are all dirty. Whose duty is it to clean them? Mine? Majority of truck stops operated by this company are having issues with showers in Canada. Is it greatness of work culture?

The truck stop cafe here is perfect. Excellent value, great service and perfect roadside vibe. A great please for families, too.

As a truck driver I use to stop here for so many years and it was great:) now for the past 2or 3 years every time I stop iam not able to get a shower for some reason :: they are dirty have to wait a hrs to be clean,no one to clean it ,no hot water and on and on !!!!!!!!!!So every time I said ok try it again!!!Unfortunately today will be the last time I stop here!I left 2 star because the restaurant was alwaysGood and I will miss it :(

There is a man policing the men's and WOMEN'S bathroom in the morning not allowing us to brush our teeth at the sink!!!!The man walks around, saying, I swear..."He swears what!? Is that supposed to be a threat???I'm not sure Husky agrees with this policy.Sorry

Last night I stopped here for a coffee. I parked my rig right before the entrance and left plenty of room for cars to access the pumps. ( It was 11:30 pm packed with trucks) I have been here many times over the last decade. The staff is mostly the same and really nice. However there was a cleaner last night that I never seen before. He told me move my truck that I can’t park there. I told him I will grab my coffee and be on my way. ( at some point this employee asked if I had a fu#king driver license) hearing him curse I left the coffee and left, he followed me outside and proceeded to curse at this point I returned his favour.Now here’s the thing the men’s bathroom was disgusting and smelled horrendous. If this employee spent more time cleaning rather than policing the parking lot (which never happened here to me in the last decade) you would have clean bathrooms and happy customers. No hate to the veteran employees they have always been friendly and respectful.

With huge parking for semi & it's right in middle of Calgary from surrey bc. Love to stop at husky because u always find park here . Also a restaurant here complete it completely..

Service and staff incredibly helpfull. Only the men's washroom, not really clean and no fresh air.

Bathrooms not very clean! rude staff! Special the guy on night time shift he has a attitude problem. . Staff is not pleased with letting drivers use shower .As a Truck stop you should be doing better!!!

It’s impossible for me to give any more of a rating for the restaurant, due to the fact every time I stop here as a trucker, they are closed… I usually start driving between 6am and 7am but they don’t open until well after that… Today I thought I was finally going to get to eat here for the first time in many years ( before Covid, so it’s not due to Covid why they don’t seem to be open ) … After a shower ( which was actually fantastic, clean and great hot water) I attempted to go into the restaurant and the chef is saying “ kitchen is closed “ and is switching the door signs from open to closed , “ Kitchen is closed sir , I’m done “ … this is at 1:30pm , so I’d like to know how they are making money or claim to be a truck stop if they don’t open their restaurant until after 7am and close by 2pm ??? I’m guessing it’s mainly just for the locals to come in have their late breakfast or early lunch and sit around and gossip…. As a Truck stop you should be doing better!!! Then again maybe it’s so they can sell truckers their $7 pre made sandwiches…

Service is always great! Friendly, kind, helpful service staff. What comes out of the kitchen though not so much. My husband ordered a Southwest scramble it came up with a barbecued hamburger patty cut into chunks thrown on top of eggs. looked very unappetizing. My daughter had the chicken finger platter nothing special. The fingers are plump. my son had a loaded omelette and the veggies looked undercooked inside The Omelette not my cup of tea. My toddler's order came out wrong it was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich we ended up getting The Breakfast Club which was a more expensive sandwich but we didn't get charged extra. My meal which was a mushroom omelette came out after everyone else was finished eating. The server was very kind and brought me a new order of toast and didn't charge me for this chocolate milks or other beverages on the bill to compensate. That was a wise offering for a less than mediocre meal.
