Quick, professional service. Bert, Rick and Jake are all great to deal with on the counter. Check them out if you need tires!Edit as a follow up; had a tire issue and Jake was able to get me on the road in 20 minutes! They were closing at 5pm and I was out the door by 5:20 yesterday. A perfect recovery to the start of my vacation!

I am so happy with my experience here! David Lindsay and the team were such a wonderful help.I'm a first time mom with a 4 month old son in the back of my car, yesterday I got a flat tire on the road this Kal Tire happens to be on (old tires). I was able to roll into their parking lot and David squeezed my car in last minute to have my tire looked at. They brought the tire into the waiting area so I could see for myself that the tire needed to be replaced. I unfortunately don't have any other tires so they put on the spare and scheduled me in the day after to have my winters put on!Coming from a background of automotive and working in dealerships - both in the shop and up front. I can't express enough how amazing they treated us.You are in good hands here!

Excellent service especially after hours when everything else is closed! They came in to open up the shop during a holiday and swapped out a damaged tire which allows us to return on our trip.

Enterprise requested we take our fleet to kal tire for regular oil changes. I was very impressed with the customer service I experienced today.We had not made an appointment and they still serviced our f150 immediately. David was fantastic! He was very friendly and provided excellent service.I was in and out within an hour without appointment. Thanks to the whole kal tire team you’re awesome!

My wife and I had a blow out on the 401 and this was the closest tire shop so we headed there. The service was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They got started on swapping out our tire right away and had us out the door in less than an hour. They even let our dog hang out in the waiting area whike they did the swap as it was cold and snowing outside. Kudos and thanks for the great service!!!

These guys dropped a work van off a hoist causing about $5500 Worth of damage and estimated 15 business days to repair. “Best we can do is offer a pickup as a rental and cover half the cost due to “pre existing rust condition “.We’ve since never returned and steered all our business around the corner to pro tire.

Probably the best customer service, I've ever experienced. Both Dundas location, and every other location I was transferred to. I called about getting foam in my grass cutting machines tires, and honest to God, I felt like royalty.
