Horrible customer service, photographer extremely rude, condescending and patronizing. Didn't properly follow the correct specs, photo sizing and ratio for the passport photo when given clear and easy instructions from an official immigration site. When asked to check the photo, the lady gave a snark remark about how the passport is not supposed to look flattering.""

Never ever print photos there! I've tried first-time last fall right before Christmas to print out about 100 good quality pics and got terrible something. I thought 'maybe their printers can't deal with lots of orders in this busy time of the year'.So I've tried again yesterday cause I didn't find another print service here in Winkler. First. Pictures look like they were zoomed in. In some photos people are without feet or part of the head. Secondly. Quality much much worse than the original. I simply threw out in the garbage half of the order.
