The wash stations! Saved the day after 100lbs of doggo decided to wade through the foulest smelling sludge water he could find. The stations are the perfect height & stocked with every kind of shampoo imaginable, towels, aprons and even a blow dryer! All for $12 & the always fantastic staff gave the big baby treats! Amazing!

We were so happy when our neighbourhood got our own PetValu! Service at this chain has always been great, but this particular store and owners are incredible. An absolute pleasure to shop here for my furkids. They stock everything we need and as they learn their local demographic, they will order in what you need. So happy to support local!

I was super impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at this location. As soon as I entered with my dog Winnie we were greeted right away and were offered help. There were three gentlemen working and all three were kind enough to say hi to my dog and help me find the perfect rain jacket for her for the weekend.I will be back with Winnie for sure!

We were very impressed by this store. Not only is it close to home, but they were fully stocked and they had all the brands we were looking for. The staff (owners?) were super friendly and helpful and gave the store an all around calm environment to shop in. We will definitely be using this PetValu on Terry Fox as our main pet store now, for our dog and cats.

We are so impressed with the service at this location. The owners are very very hands on with helping our pup. They even got down on the floor to help our dog try on a halti. They remember us every time we have gone in and Stormys dog food is always in stock. We are happy to have this store so close to home!!!

This Pet Value is incredible, I've had problems figuring out what kind of food to feed my shih tzu pom and they have been so helpful, and very patient with me. They have given me samples to try not once but twice and still are helping me. I have never and I mean never had such great customer service from each and everyone in this store. If your looking for a great store for your pets believe me this is the one. Being old school, customer service is number one in my books and they are my number One!! Seriously, I am so happy I walked into this shop. I live in Westboro and I will travel to there store any time I need anything for my dog Peanut.
