Amazing audio selection and service. I will break it down a bit:1. Selection: Something to be said about true audiophile selection of brands and quality. I don't think another store in Canada can match what these guys have. Forget about Visions and Best Buy + you local stores. They have stock.2. Service: I have never received service as personalized as from Altitudo Audio. Leonid and Viktor go above and beyond. In home set up? No problem. Again...Forget about other audio stores.3. Purchase: I have purchased 2x power amps, processor, and Elipson Legacy 3220 speakers. Within my price range I am blown away by the audio quality. Picture attached. I am real!

Just bought a pair of Audiovector QR5 speakers and Unison Research Unico 90 integrated amplifier from them. The sound quality of the combo is amazing. Leonid is very friendly and professional, highly recommended!

He definitely knows how to run a business properly.Later on, I decided to buy some new gear and called him. He was extremely helpful in every way. I ended up buying remotely. Truly a Winnipeg Gem for hifi audio equipment at competitive pricing. The knowledge of Leonid and staff is second to none in our city along with their service. They demo any combination of amplifiers and speakers in your budget and help you choose which pieces of equipment work best for the electronics you are using. I have now been a customer twice at this store and am hooked for life for all of my audio needs.

If you want the greatest customer service of any audio store then you need to deal with Altitudo Audio. They were simply a pleasure to deal with. They waked me through every step of the process and I ended up with an amplifier that I love. I only wish all audio retailers could offer this level of service.

Great guys! They have made my stereo experience an absolute delight. Everything from selection and auditioning and the setting up of the speakers were done very professionally. Cannot recommend them enough if you're looking for the absolute best sound!

Altitude Audio (Leonid) was quick with replies and upfront with information concerning the used CD Transport I purchased. I read all the reviews before contacting Altitudo Audio and was not disappointed. 5 Stars all day.

Contacted Leonid regarding my challenges filling an order for a pair of speakers with another retailer. We worked out an option that Altitude Audio had available. It was shipped to my residence direct from the manufacturer and had them up and playing in 5 days. Great experience and would shop there again.

Can’t say enough good things about the guys at Altitudo Audio. Great experience. Leonid was extremely patient with me and helpful. I was able to demo several models of speakers in shop and on loan in house and I was given a great price and good return on my trade in. We spent a great deal of time pairing my amp and cables with the right speakers. I highly recommend!
