Brian was the absolute plumbing professional we needed for our hot water tank replacement. He replaced our leaking tank with our new one quickly and efficiently all the time answering our questions and imparting his knowledge to us. Taking away the old tank and packaging from our new tank was an unexpected and welcomed service. We will definitely be calling Pipetech for our future plumbing and gas needs.

Just wanted to let futur customer know that he will charge a travel fee for any job over 20 km. Quote over the phone will be much greater then the actual cost of doing the job. I recommend getting other quote prior to deciding.

I had a pretty gnarly blockage in my kitchen sink and pulled everything under my sink apart, but the blockage was in the wall and I couldn't get to it. After calling a few different local plumbers over a few days, I didn't even get a call back from any of them. Brian was very responsive and was at my place within an hour. The blockage was a pain and we could tell it wasn't coming loose very easy with his auger, but he didn't give up. It was about 50 feet down the pipes! But he persevered and got it done. We can't thank him enough, and highly recommend.
