We just bought a house with water heating, and have little experience with this form of heating. One of the radiators was leaking so we came to Shaffer bros. The service was impeccable. The person who served us was clearly very knowledgeable and soooo helpful. On top of giving us all the options for the radiator, I now know how to bleed the radiator and what to do for my other existing radiators. I wasn't expecting this level of service. And I wasn't the only one. Every person who walked out of that store was very pleased. This is the place to go if you need water heating products in Montreal. Thank you sincerely for all your help.

Knowledgeable... they know their businessThey have a huge yard with a big selection of radiators.Unfair of people to give them one star based on their interaction on the phone or not buying their service I find these guys have been in business for almost a hundred years it's a family business with good personal service but I especially like they have a huge yard with a wide selection

I wouldn't trust this company, especially Jonathan Shafter. They sell what they want to sell but not what you need to buy. He saw a picture of my hot water convector but gave me data for baseboard radiator which has much less BTU, to try and convince me that I don't have enough heating and that I need to buy his product. Luckily I did more research and I recalculated everything that he calculated for me. If I would blindly trust him I could easily loose a lot of money. Don't be shy and ask a lot of questions them and of course recalculate everything that he tells you.

Grand choix de produit, parcontre le service surtout de Mr. Michael (probablement le gérant ou propriétaire) est très faible. Il est irrespectueu et impoli. J'ai essayé de lui expliquer ma situation au téléphone, il s'est rapidement emporté et a commencé a être très désagréable et agressif car il n'arrive pas à visualiser mon problème de radiateur. Pour lui ça ne peux pas exister des situations comme la mienne. C'est comme si je n'ai rien à faire que d'appeler Shafter pour parler de problèmes fictifs de radiateurs.Si jamais vous devrez faire appel à cette compagnie, demander Jonathan son service est bien.
