Rexall Drugstore

I have picked up my medicine from this branch on 25 May at around noon. The pharmacist there responded very rudely when I inquired how my insurance covered from my total cost. She is also quite incompetent in her work, because she could not apply the insurance information properly, otherwise I would have received 70% coverage for this. Now I would have to claim to Sun Life myself for her carelessness. The combination of incompetence and arrogance this Pharmacist has is amazing!

Terrible Pharmacist. Took her 5 min to even response beside me being at the counter for 5 min. ignored me completely and had no communication skill too.gave the prescription and told me could be 2-3 hrs. Took the prescription back and went to some other place.Worst ever service I have had.

Leanne who works at the front cash is very sweet and funny. Will put a smile on your face. :)

Not the pharmacy but the whole store.It says they close at 8 Pm but always there is someone at the door at 7:50 P.M not let you in. They should write we close 10 minutes before 8:00. I gave them one star because there is no half star.

The bald pharmacist refused to give me a flu shot because I didn't have a health card.He appeared challenged once I indicated I'd double-checked with Rexall customer services that the only thing needed was my health insurance.I understand that the policy might vary in different locations, so I asked for more information with my residential proof and insurance ready. It would be okay if he just explained I couldn't get the shot if that's the policy.But he just avoided eye contact, pretending I wasn't there, refusing to provide any information, repeating call public health" very hostilely

Good location pharmacy , great pharmacist to fill my prescriptions while I am waiting about 15'. Honestly said, just only me, not in line at the time. But I say, the pharmacist is nice to me.

A prescription was dropped today for my 14yr old. The pharmacist Sophie was incredibly rude and impatient. When the meds were picked up, they were not filled properly, only two tabs provided instead of the full course. We were also yelled at for being 10 mins late and accused of trying to steal the meds.

I like the store selection itself and I like that Rexall ditched the Air Miles program to create their own rewards program, but I don’t understand why so many of the Rexalls are in buildings with stairs. They do have a vertical lift but it’s cumbersome to ask an employee to put you on. Today, I came with a stroller and the employee got me on the lift but told me to go out through the food court in the back because she can’t keep stepping away to deal with it.

This is based on the pharmacy experience. I have been getting my prescriptions here for awhile. I noticed that the pharmacists have changed twice but recently I have received terrible service from them. I went to pick up my prescription and had to make an appointment because it is for a shot. The pharmacist told me she was busy that day, which I was fine with but I asked if I could make an appointment and she wouldn't give me anything and then told me to call her later. I called, no answer. I called the next day, no answer. I called again no answer. Then I just went back to the store and I told her that I called and nobody picked up and she didn't even apologized or even acknowledge it. So she wrote on a sheet when I could come in for my prescribe shot. I went to my appointment"

I don't get my prescriptions here but really like the store for its selection. The cashiers are always super nice. I find the prices somewhat inflated.
