Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-Ville

This was a neat spot at first before you see every 2 seconds a no smoking sign and I’m pretty sure this is a bigger scam than the rest of Montreal. They claim I smoked in my room and even have a photo of a cigarette in a toilet. Shocker there were alarms and no proof hmmmmm. This place is sleazier than St. Catherine’s street. The manager laughed as she spoke to me. I will avoid Hiltons moving forward the 35 for parking a night was slick as they claim free parking. You want fees galore this is your place

My friends and I had the best three night stay at the Hilton. The room was very spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a few hours where we were hanging out in a limbo of sorts before leaving for our next destination, and they accommodated a late checkout at no extra charge, and also stored our million bags for us while we went out for a bite to eat. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel - we will definitely be back!

Standard room was pretty spaciousFront desk stuff was friendlyNo bathrobes in the room despite hotel’s pool was a bit odd, but it’s a select service hotel with external laundry serviceWhich is my only critique, the laundry sheet states submit until xx am, and the usual surcharge for express, upon calling the front desk for pickup/drop off I was told that they weren’t coming and it usually takes two days, same or even next day return can not be guaranteed - maybe update the laundry service sheet if that’s really the case ?All in all, solid hotel with remarkably quiet rooms, within walking distance to most of the city’s landmarks, a metro station is also just a few minutes away

Clean room, very helpful staff. Very pleasant over all. Last minute. Was going to stay somewhere else but too pricey and dropped my call while trying to see if space. So glad I stayed at the Hilton. Great value!

My husband and I travel a lot for his work. We had the best stay at Hilton. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. If you have a chance to try the hotel restaurant, I highly recommend it. Our waitress was very knowledgeable with wine selections to pair with our meal. The only negative thing I would say about it is that the gym wasn’t quite what the pictures showed. The elliptical was off balance and the exercise bike chain was weird. However, I’m more concerned about rooms and cleanliness so overall, a very pleasant stay and I hope to stay here again.

When we booked the room we were told that the parking is included and we asked specifically 2 times because parking is expensive here and they said it’s added however while arriving they said it’s not and have to pay 80$ on side . Called customer service and talk to 5 people no one could help even manager. They cancelled my reservation just because of that info provided by there own colleague. Worst experience

I went for my birthday weekend and the service was horrible. The room wasn’t clean and there was a sock in the room just when me and my friends arrived. We also found hair on the bed and the washroom wasn’t restocked at all.When we brought up our concerns to the management they said they couldn’t help much and were extremely rude. No one came to clean our for 40 minutes. We had to change our room late night because it was just unhygienic at this point. To receive this service from Hilton was so disappointing. None of the management staff was helpful either which was really upsetting. So if you guys are going there might as well stay with the other hotels!!

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Everything was impeccable and the service was excellent. Service was English and French and the garage was easy to access. I would definitely stay there again. My only negative is that the food at the restaurant was very average. For the price i found that i could go outside and walk for 2 minutes to find something better priced and more appealing. I left the table feeling a little underwhelmed but to each their own. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Spacious, clean room. Good central location - we walked to old Montreal, downtown, and also to Le Plateau from here. Nice pool and terrace (and gym) on the 11th floor. Breakfast was not included, so we went out for breakfast instead.

Our flight was cancelled, so we had an unexpected visit to this hotel. Every member of the staff was so lovely and kind. The location was great and we had a wonderful day in Montreal just walking around the area. Our experience made us wish for another cancelled flight so we could stay longer. Worth noting that this was Formula 1 weekend and the hotel was full, but the staff made us feel like special guests.
