barBURRITO

This was our 3rd time eating takeout from barBURRITO on Bath Rd. The first time was a great experience, the second the guacamole was scrapped out of the container and barely made a tablespoon. Totally not worth the extra charged - I felt ripped off. The 3rd time eating here was the final nail in the coffin. The rice was not cooked properly (or it had dried out). A real disappointment and we were not able to eat it. We will never eat here again. They don't care about the quality of what they are serving and scrapping out the bottom of a bowl and not giving the full amount...come on. Lazy and very poor customer service. Staff just don't care.

Got a spicy chicken burrito. And it was really good. I needed it to have less liquid pouring out of burrito. The portion size was good though. Way to much grease for my liking bottom-line.

I took my kids to dinner after gymnastics and there were only 2 kids options (quesadillas and tacos). We got the quesadillas, which came with chips, but the owner/manager refused to sell me salsa on the side!! Of course my kids didn’t eat their food because we always have salsa with both chips and quesadillas. I couldn’t believe that she just wouldn’t give us any despite my pleading. On top of that, she was very unfriendly. I will not return and do not recommend it.

Have gone to this location a few times. Never really had a great experience or great food. I keep going back because it's close to my work, but every time I do I regret it.

I wish I could do 0 stars. First of all I walked in, and was ignored for a minute or two. A 2nd man walked in and the women immediately acknowledged him and served his order so I went back to get in-line behind him. The employee would barely speak to me and would not wipe the pout off her face. She began to take my order and after I started to order more than one item she stopped me and said “this will take too long I’m going to help him” so she proceeded to take the order of the person behind me. So I stepped back into line once more. When she came back to my order I asked for salsa on my quesadilla and expressed that I understood it would make it soggy and I usually get it every time. She stopped me and said “no”, I’m in disbelief at this point. After waiting over 30 minutes for 4 quesadillas (my whole lunch break) I finally paid for my order and then realized we only received one cup of salsa for 4 quesadillas. I kindly brought this to her attention and she nodded and continued to finish the next persons order (which I was fine with) I waited patiently for a few minutes and when his order was done I got back in line behind him to see if we could get our salsa. She rudely pointed to a stack of salsa on the counter and did not tell me that they were for me. I understand people have bad days but this employee was miserable and disrespectful and this needs to be brought to someone’s attention.

My boy friend went in to order our burritos for dinner, he gets spicy and i get mild, there are some things i can't have on mine because of allergies. The person who made our order put the toppings on the wrong burritos, despite being told which were supposed to be on the spicy and mild. They did nothing to correct the order and refused to make new ones. we wont be going back.

Staff is incredibly careful for Gluten-free requests for Celiac. Always good food, 5x now without getting sick. Certainly not certified for Celiac but they honestly try and that goes quite far.

Sad to say this is the second time I have been disappointed so it may be the last for me. A couple of mixups with my order to start, nachos were cold and the rice in the burrito was hard like it was undercooked. Disappointing as I used to be a big fan of Barburritos.

Pleasant staff, quick service and tastey food at a resonable price

Horrible burrito, got a chicken bowl and right at the counter noticed how the chicken was soggy and watery, I should have backed out but I didn’t. Got the bowl but it was extremely salty and tasted like some chicken curry, didn’t taste like Mexican food at all. Very disappointing and one of the worst Mexican food place I have ever tried
