Equifax failed to return my credit history due to technical glitch and this company told me sorry it's a one time thing and I had to pay my security deposit. Told me they have to pay for the security check and refuse to run it again even it generated no result. Causing inconvenience and the clerk's attitude unprofessional, clerk is not friendly at all, a typical Crown customer service.

The trainers are excellent here and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Very good tea selection in the lunch room.
