Don't waste your time or money with this company. After dealing with a few people of various positions, I don't think these cretins know what the word customer means.

Very awesome customer service. Really understand peoples needs. Very respectful when it comes to the tough times that are upon us.

I could post a long rant, but it's simple: ultramar isn't the company my Grandfather worked for anymore. If you have issues with your billing system - that's on you, not the customer.If someone is out of oil - take care of them.Over the past 3 days I have witnessed enough; if the first priority of a Multi-Billion Dollar oil company is how to bill the customer not how to take care of the customer then it speaks volumes. 63 years service at my home and today I'm looking for a new home heat supplier.

Long rant… Oct 2022, had normal furnace maintenance that is required with my service agreement. Told no problems and everything looked good.Dec 14, 2022 woke up to oil on the floor and smell in the house. Called and they showed about 10am. By then, I had kitty litter on the spill and it was contained . Apparently, pin hole leak in the filter and it was replaced with more absorbing material put down.Received my statement and was charged 300.00 even though I pay for the top furnace insurance.Called twice and spoke to call center… no one returned my called. Called a third time and finally put through to service dept where I was told told a supervisor would call. They couldn’t answer why I was charged with the maintenance agreement in place. No one seems to have an answer and keep getting the run around. To date, no call from a supervisor either.Garbage service from a garbage company.
