Water Depot Barrie, Bryne Dr.

Got extra water for the holidays and wanted to return 2 jugs. They charge $10 a jug deposit but it’s non-refundable ever. That’s 20 bucks I just gave them for nothing. Better off going elsewhere where they DO take the bottles back.

My husband was accidentally given the wrong size cartridge for ultraviolet system. The wrapper was removed from one ready to insert when error was discovered. Store wouldn't take back at first until I notified head office. Thank you for your consideration of this matter

We have the RO system - ultra violet and softener system.. We are only 2 Person in our home. We spent $500 on filters in Feb 2018 to have it serviced and cleaned.It broke down completely May 20, 2018. When we called for service, we had to wait over a week to get the one service man to come . WE have been without drinking water for over a week. Very expensive system - We feel that the service work was not done properly for it to break down. The whole system is not ever 2 years old. Very expensive to maintain

Please DO NOT DEAL with this WATER DEPOT or any water depot for this matter!! I had a very bad experience and still am. I'm having issues and the owner(Rod) and the owners of water depot are well aware of this issue , and he expressed some of his other customers are having the same issues with Vista, and he will not return my calls or try and help to resolve this issues. Don't try and set up a meeting either as he will not show up. Their salesmen will rip you off! Just stay away, you will regret it.The owner will rip you off too! They were going to send me a cheque for ripping me off and he just called me now (mark the owner) and went back on his word for no reason! PLEASE STAY TUNED AND I WILL POST A BETTER PLACE THAT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WILL RESPECT AND WONT RIP YOU OFF!YOUR BEST TO DEAL WITH CULLIGAN OR KINETICO, NOW THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE BOTH OF THEM!! They are very helpful and great customer service. Glad I found them:) bye bye water depot!!!This is the owner making the response and again LIES!!! I never said such a thing or even asked him that. Im not sure what he is talking about. He knows he is in the wrong and trying to get out of it. He knows that Vista is a rip off that is why most of the water depots don't offer it anymore!! so tell me this guy is ripping people off. Stay away, they will just cause you grieve and they don't care. This company has no customer service.

Sold us a Greenway cooler that broke under warranty. The repair service" required drop and pick up. The original defect was the kettle function. After "repair" the unit was returned with a broken child safety and no longer cooled water

Went to Essa store to use prepaid water on my account at this store (Bryne) to find out I now don't have an account at Bryn's where I had my prepaid bottles!! Had the owner from Essa call and was helpful but now I have to wait for the head office to get the owner of Bryne store or the head office call me to find what happened to my account ! Not this first time Bryne has lost my account , not a happy camper *UPDATE - owner just called and I have an account and she corrected the issue to save this from happening again*

Very nice employees, very knowledgeable, however you can find someone on kijiji or Facebook marketplace that will offer the same products and services. I saved $500 paying cash and looking for an independent contractor.

They are amazing!! My little guy fell asleep before getting to water depot and I didn't have the heart to wake him. They filled my water jugs for me and brought them out to the car so I could stay with him! Best customer service and always so friendly!!
