Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! I always been faithful to dewalt but my new 630 drill just died on me and it’s so new that dewalt cannot repair it for me. So I did my research and found myself at this location. They let me test out tools, and batteries, and explained everything to me in detail! They knew exactly where everything was and was very professional. One of the employees even hooked me up with a Free Hilti bag from their personal vehicle. He said that I helped him reach his goal this month and he was thankful I came and made the switch! Never going to another power tool company again, HILTI FOR LIFE!

The employee looked up my file seen my breaker and got me the wrong attachment for my breaker, the attachments come wraped in a thick plastic u can't see if they fit or not. When needed to fit the attachment in the breaker it didn't fit. Concord store claimed it was used. Liars, they never reimbursed me for the bit, they kept the bit. I have to buy sa new bit they ripped me off. Never use hilti again awfull expierence

The staff there was helpful enough, but he wanted to make one phone call after another, holding up the customer. When I said that I needed to go to work in 10 minutes, he finally put off his phone call to help me. Information between the store and the website responder was conflicting. The website person said that the outdated drill charger would be replaced at no cost, but the staff at the store said that was not the case, that the charger could not be updated or upgraded for the drill.
