I have been shopping at Back Forty Guns and Gear for well over 6 months now. Their customer service and honesty is far superior to the other shops I have been to. If something isn't a right fit for me they do not push or encourage the sale. These professionals eat, sleep and breath firearms/accessories. I have never felt mislead or pushed in the wrong direction while shopping here. I highly recommend going in to see what they can do for you!

Excellent customer service, these guys are down to earth and always give me good honest answers. Not condescending when you ask a question as some places can be with beginners. The hunter safety course I took there was also great.

I gladly finished my non-restricted firearm course with Lance yesterday. He is an excellent, easy-going, well-informed instructor that you will never get bored to be in his class. I had a lot of fun and enjoyed his sense of humors in the class. I recommend this place to everyone, especially immigrants which English is not considered to be their mother tongue and they want to get their PAL! Lance is also very helpful to interpret difficult & heavy firearms terms into simple English. All the best & God bless!

I visited here not really knowing what I needed, but the staff took time to educate me on what I needed and patiently answered all of my questions. I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and willingness to teach. I felt completely at ease and you can tell right away that these guys have a passion for what they do which makes the shopping experience incredibly satisfying. Thank You So Much! -I'll be Back.

I've dealt with lance and Paul a few times. awesome guys to deal with and very honest if they think something isn't the right thing for you. Every time I go in they are asking what they can do as soon as I walk through the door. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend their shop for your firearm and training needs.

My friend, girlfriend, and I took our pal courses here. Lance is a great instructor. He is funny, interesting, knowledgeable, and personable. You would be very hard pressed to find a better instructor that him. My girlfriend didn't feel very comfortable about handling firearms and was nervous to do so but all that went away during Lance's class. We have been the to the store since and found the staff very friendly. I also found what I was looking for at a good price.
