First off, this review was written after trying on multiple occasions to reach them (calls, emails) without anybody calling me back. After dealing with them for my last real estate purchase, I will never use them or recommend them to anybody. They gave me wrong legal advice, they lack basic communication skills and don't take any responsibility for their mistakes. Their mistakes cost me a thousand dollars and a lot of headaches and they didn't even have the decency to apologize.

We dealt with Michelle Beauparlant. She went above and beyond with our closing. We had Excellent service, she kept us in the loop every step of the way. Answered every email we sent to her in minutes, even outside of office hours. We recommend Michelle, she is very professional, pleasant and efficient, a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars all the way! We would certainly go back for all of our future needs.

Avoid this firm at all costs. They took two weeks to call me back after leaving several messages. Then after calling me, they requested I send an email with my request and 3 weeks later I still don't have a response. Horrible service.

We are older adults and had several questions about our house sale and new purchase. The staff at Hebert and Roy were very responsive and helpful and our final meeting with Pat Hebert was great. We even learned how to use Google Duo ..We would definitely recommend this office and staff.

Fantastic service! Patrick and his staff were professional and friendly. They handled our purchase and our sale with proficiency. We had to take our youngest (20 months) with us to an appointment and Patrick was patient and easy going. He made sure we were informed and understood everything we were signing. We highly recommend Hebert & Roy.

My wife and I went to Hebert & Roy based on a recommendation from our realtor. It was our first home and we were a bit nervous about the closing process, timelines, etc.We met with Josee who was very easy to talk to. She offered up some great advice and tips and took the necessary time to go over all the paper work with us.We then met Ben, the clerk at the office who took great care of our file. He was in regular contact with the bank and ensured all the steps were completed properly and that closing occurred without any delays.Both Josee and Ben's knowledge and professionalism throughout put our minds at ease and everything was done without a hitch! We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you both!

We have used Hebert and Roy twice now, and each time has been smooth as can be. I highly recommend the services offered here, as they are prompt, honest, and kind. Thank you Josee for your hard work, we will be back!!

0 stars.. Honestly, if you want to save your time, energy, and money DO NOT go to these people. They have no idea what they are doing. My mom did her refinancing and selling and purchase of her house and they had no idea of what they were supposed to do. All they did was charge for rush orders. Once everything was done, after a week or two they call her saying that they made a mistake in the calculation and that more money was owed as part of the lawyer's fee. Honestly, who does that? If it's a fault from your end, then it's your fault. If you buy a t-shirt and the wrong price came up would the store call you to say you still owe money for that shirt? What's done is done. However, my mom still cleared that. During the refinance the CRA said that my mom still owed some money to them and put a clause that 1600 was to be held until cleared by the client. However, they never till the last day mentioned that they were holding the money until it was paid off to CRA. They made it sound like they would clear off the 1600 to CRA. After almost a year, CRA mentions that nothing was cleared off. They do not have the decency to even advise us that they still have our money on hold. We had to inquire about that, and they simply stated that well it says that solicitor holds the money. If you can show me proof that it's paid then we will release the money? Like seriously, after almost a year.. What would have happened if we never inquired? ALL I CAN SAY IS JUST DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE ONE JOB THEY HAVE TO DO. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE EFFICIENTLY OR PROMPTLY AND DON'T EVEN APOLOGISE FOR MISTAKES FROM THEIR PART.
