I made a purchase from my home in Pickering of a cargo van sight unseen; a little scary for me. Mike Hinch immediately put me at ease. His responses to my questions were both timely and truthful. I arrived at the dealership and all paperwork was done...like DONE! NO BS. I inspected the van, got in and drove it home. When I got home it was everything I had hoped for and more.From the AMAZING ONLINE PHOTOS (done by the talented girl inside) to driving it away it was by far the best vehicle purchase I've ever made. I recently bought a Mercedes 350 coupe from aaron auto and let me say my next vehicle will most likely be from them. The owner Mike brown is very welcoming and friendly, knows a lot about the vehicles and cares about the quality of the vehicles he is selling. Once I picked up the car a later realized that there was a small problem with the car, so I went to get it fixed and when I told Mike about it, he had no problem covering the cost of the repair. Overall I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle

I went to Aaron Auto last April on a Saturday to view a 2012 Nissan Frontier that appeared in decent shape for the price. After thinking about it the entire day, I returned in the afternoon and asked the bottom line on price. It wasn't much, but I thought the deal was reasonable to begin with. I told him I would make sure I could secure funds on Monday and return. They told me they could not guarantee it would be still here, unless I made a deposit. I understood this and chose not to leave a deposit.I returned Monday morning and told them I had made an appointment with the bank that day early pm to pick up a certified cheque. I asked them if it was necessary for a deposit and the salesman replied no. it's okay" On return not more than 90 minutes later

Make sure you looking into the truck your buying before signing. Was advertised as a higher model and it wasn't. Told it had a certain engine in the truck after looking into it more after buying it wasn't. Also came to pick up the truck and they left it for me on empty when it was supposed to come with a full tank. I messaged them and have just been ignored specially after spending over $30,000

We saw a used Toyota , looked in great shape . Called the owner Mike in advance as we travelled 3 hrs to go see the car . We had asked on the phone before the trip there , if they offered financing and they had said they DO have that option so we went ahead . We Decided the SUV was the one we wanted and as they DO NOT OFFER FINANCING we had to wait until Monday to go through our bank . Our bank said it could take up to 2 weeks to be processed .. long story short he SOLD the suv right as we were in the process of getting our loan finalized . !!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!
