Great experience! Staff was very kind to me and my husband. Dropped my car off to fix something with my steering wheel and they got it done within the day! Great prices and such friendly people.

Poor service they installed broken parts instead of fixing properly broke other parts left food and wrappers under hood with engine. when brought to their attention they were insulting and belligerent will never go to this location againAlso I really like how there's multiple 5 star reviews all.posted 30ish mins ago come on now!!! Nothing in days then all of a sudden all these great reviews hahahaha good job

The best and the fastest service i have ever had for my seasonal tire swap. They are reasonable and give proper guidance for car maintenance. I would like to thank Hewa and Yousif for their friendly approach and genuine advice. This would be my permanent place for car service.

Love all of the fake 5 star reviews coming through all of a sudden. This is how this location deals with criticism after a bad review. We were in there today and know one was in sight yet there are 7 5 star reviews within minutes.I went to store #455 in Hamilton to have two coils changed and one spark plug. I was very specific on what coils to change (the two closest to the rad) that was not done. They changed two on the left. One of my broken coils the rubber insulator was stuck and they left the rubber and spring of the old coil inside my truck and took off the brand new insulator off of the new part and just stuck that in. They also broke both lock clips on both coils they changed. There was also food in my engine. Cookies to be exact. My boyfriend and I went in to address this with photo proof and they were rude and argumentative. They said I could bring it back in because it is under warranty yet who wants to bring their vehicle back to a place that couldn’t do the job properly the first time. The techs that did the work are Yousif Sulaka and Hassanpanah Hewa. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your vehicle repairs. Seeing what they did to my truck there is no telling what they do to others.

Being from out of town, I was referred to Active Green & Ross Tire Centreto help with my rental car with a tire that was losing air. When they checked it out, they found a nail had punctured the tire. Needless to say, if you're able to use a small business, these gentlemen will definitely help you to get the job done!! They were EXTREMELY kind, helpful, and quick with their service. Thank you SO very much gentlemen for helping out in my time of need.

One of the best car maintenance services I have received in a while. As a girl, it’s hard going to a trustworthy mechanic. They also installed my new Apple car play stereo for a great price! These guys fixed my breaks and gave me a good deal! Will definitely be referring my friends and family here! Thanks again.

GREAT experience with the new owners, thought I had to replace brakes due to scraping noise, Joussif checked out everything & found the heat shield was rubbing! They also did a fantastic job installing my new summer tires; definitely recommend them. Thanks.

Had my truck towed in here because it wouldn’t start, the guys got the truck in the shop right away and wasted no time. They took just 3 hours and had me out of there on a busy schedule. Hats off to guys in the back, we would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to get their vehicles fixed. Cheers!

Ive been storing my tires winter and summer there for years. Never had any issues. I went in to change out my winters to summers. They couldnt remove a nut off of one of them. Apparently tried everything. The store had changed hands in recently. After 2 hrs they sent me on my way with 3 summers and 1 winter on my vehicle. After calling the previous store manager who was at another location, telling him very rudly in the front of the store that this was not thier problem. I couldnt believe they told me to go elsewhere. I will never be back. I drove to the other location which had just closed. The manager was still there and came out to my vehicle to have a look. Grabbed a pair of pliers and removed the nut in 2 min. Set up an appt for the next day to change out the tire. Apologized on behalf of Active Green and Ross. Ottawa St. told me my winters weren't worth storing and put them in my truck. The other location (queenston) said I'd get another two seasons out of them. They've gained a new customer. These guys take well care of us, had my tire repaired in just half and hour with no appointment, told the guys it’s an emergency and took me in right away. Really appreciate the help!
