A client for over 15 years and I have never had a bad experience.And the receptionist is great!!

Dr. Parlett and the entire team have always treated me with the best care as soon as I walk through the front door, we're all friends now whether they know it or not! From my first assessment we all knew there would be some work to do in the future, I've had ortho work done along with fillings, root canals and possible bone grafting and implants in the near future to top it off! My smile and oral health have never been better. So a big thank you to every single one of you who have helped me on this journey! 100/10 would recommend!

I've been a client since my childhood. I'm dreading the day that Dr. Parlett retires. I don't trust anyone else for my oral health needs.

Since our family moved to Bracebridge 10 years ago we have been visiting Dr. Parletts office. I have been to several dentists over the years and have never met a more professional yet easy going staff. From the front desk reception, hygienists and Dr. Parlett himself, the level of knowledge and professionalism is beyond anywhere I have been before. If you are looking for a new Dentist in town I highly recommend Dr. Parlett.

Dr. Luks saw my husband for an appointment to get a filling. My husband informed Dr. Luks that he couldn’t open his mouth very wide due to recent tmj pain and swelling. Dr. Luks complained about the restrictive jaw opening, and after completing the filling, decided to do a 2nd filling which was not a scheduled procedure for that day’s appointment. Dr. Luks did not inform my husband that he was going to do the 2nd filling that day, neither did he bother to apply more freezing for the 2nd tooth, until my husband motioned to him due to pain from the new drilling. Had my husband been consulted about proceeding with the 2nd filling he would have deferred it to the original appointment scheduled for that tooth a month later. Dr. Luks was professionally insensitive to his patient’s sore and swollen jaw on that day, and instead complained about the restricted jaw opening and decided to do a 2nd filling without consulting with the patient.

Awful experience. They are literally useless when it comes to understanding or appreciating how insurance works. I learned the $140 lesson today. No accountability for their negligence in not informing me of costs not covered by insurance.

The receptionist is unprofessional, condescending and rude. Every interaction I've had with this individual has left me insulted and under appreciated as a customer. I've made management aware of this issue but they did not seem interested in the matter. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. I will not support a practice that tolerates this type of behavior from a staff member. Look elsewhere for your dental needs.

Had implants installed a few years ago. Kim Parlett has always been very professional dentist and has always treated me well. He does speciality work. Implants, bridges and so on. All people won't always be happy with everyone involved. I read a few of the other posts and found them interesting and stupid. Can't fix stupid. Anyways if you want a professional to work on your teeth Kim is your man.
