Had a very good experience with the employees and the service. They gave us discounts and we felt comfortable to negotiate prices with them. Their products were also in very good condition and we really liked what they had there. I would really recommend buying from here if your looking for jewellery!!!

Great experience first time looking at jade jewelry here. Stopped by with my sister to browse after seeing a few items online that caught our eyes. The staff were very nice and accomodating in helping us out and walked us through what we needed to know. I would definitely recommend coming here especially if it's your first time.

We got our custom engagement and wedding rings here. Vivian is extremely knowledgable about diamonds, she's patient and helped us every step of the way. She always made sure we were feeling comfortable about the decisions we were making by providing us options and answering all of our questions. We never felt pressured or rushed. Beautiful jewellery!!! We received excellent service first from Catherine at the First Markham store and then from Moon at the Pacific Mall store. Louis also assisted us with a great price for the bracelet we chose and gave us some excellent design options for later. We loved the experience at H&F and will definitely visit them again.
