2002 Pontiac Firebird WS6 ConvertibleWe have had a few good dealer experiences and a couple horrible ones over the years. Our experience with Serpa was excellent. I really appreciated being able to view and speak about the vehicles freely without the usual hard press sales tactics. It was also refreshing to have frank and honest exchanges with Mat; he is a genuine car lover who happens to also sell cars. Some of the folks we have seen prior were not forthcoming on the condition of their vehicles (one did not disclose the driver's seat had a ripped hole in the leather, the other only mentioned that three of four lenses were broken after I asked to check the lights, hell, another dealer did not know their lights did not open at all). I was already in the process of looking at BMW 335i/650i vehicles and Mustangs because I could not get the vehicle I wanted. The dream was almost dead and I would have to return all the Firebird specific Amazon purchases, lol. Thankfully Mat and Serpa saved me from that hellish scenario.Serpa deals in a lot of higher end vehicles so it would not be surprising if they did not put as much effort into selling a vehicle a quarter of the value of the rest. I never felt like that was the case at all. I never felt like I was being rushed off the lot or like my interest was second class to the Porsches and Mercs surrounding us. Given the opportunity in the future, I would definitely buy another vehicle from Mat and crew at Serpa.
