Doing roofing at my condo Corp and they blast music, scream and swear all day long while most of us are still working from home. Just really disrespectful and unprofessional.

Can't follow or honour contracts, wildly overpriced. Terrible workmanship. Won't honour warranty either. Roof was leaking almost instantly. almost two years of chasing them down and trying to get the work done yielded nothing.

Would offer negative stars if I could.Based upon a positive referral and generally good reputation, we paid $100K in 2011 for extensive work including new wooden siding, new roof, and improved attic venting. From the start, the job took much longer than promised and required vigilent supervision,. but it was eventually completed. Cosmetically, the work appeared to be okay. Ten years later, in the course of replacing windows and improving attic insulation, we have discovered damage - including dry rot and mould - stemming from hidden shortcuts and deficiencies. When I called for a warranty claim, I received nothing but the runaround, including prove you have a warranty" to "it's not our fault". They have disclaimed any and all responsibility. The irony is that they did offer to perform (partial) repairs for $3K+

It's not the first time that I see employee's of Toiture Raymond not being tied up on a roof. Once again I was outside working and saw Toitures Raymond doing repairs on a roof and both employee's weren't tied up. An accident can happen really quick and that's why it's important to hire a good company that take security seriously.
