Typical stealership. Went here a few years ago to buy a mazda and the sales rep tried to overcharge me by $5,000.He then proceeded to tell lies and when I called him a liar he stood up and threw a pen on the table….We laughed.Scare tactics will not work.Also, this sales rep is an actor, (no joke he has drama/acting achievements plaques in his office).

I put in a order in which was supposed to be delivered in 6 months. The 6 months passed and they said that the salesmen doesn’t work there anymore and had not put my order in (I was in constant contact with Kelly, the salesperson though). They did not offer any apology or another mean to solve the issue. Mentioned that I would have to another 6 month. Requested my deposit refund and will never deal with them again. The order was put in Apr 2022 and the refund was requested in Nov 2022. Salesmen was Kelly.

My break lights weren't working one morning and I had to get to a funeral. I stopped at Leggatt Mazda and asked the service tech if he could just let me know what was wrong...bulbs, fuse, or worse. Chuck very kindly told me to drive into the service bay and he would check. Ashley assured me it wouldn't take too long. Within 10 minutes and a very nominal cost the break light bulbs were replaced and I was on my way! I can't thank you enough for your kindness, compassion and efficient service. THANK YOU.

Top notch service. I went in on Saturday to replace 1 headlight bulb and they were very accommodating. I just came back from another dealer who misdiagnosed the issue and told me that the estimate repair could be $500-600. Mazda Burlington took one look and literally just swapped a bulb. They saved me from a huge bill and appreciate the last minute service. Thank you.

Just bought a Mazda 3 from Lloyd and the gang from Burlington Mazda. They were all nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Wait list for another brand since last June happened to call up Mazda and within an hour or so Lloyd offered me a car I was actually interested in! Already have the car and am loving how sporty the drive is and it’s high end feel. Thanks again for a putting in that extra effort to have a happy customer!

He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly providing me with all the options for the part I was looking for and even bothered to call around to other sources for me. His help really made the difference in getting the necessary parts for my repair.

I bought 2 Mazda from this dealership in 2015 & 2018; they were easy sales, and I have always used the service regularly. Before COVID, I would have rated this dealership five stars. I love driving my standard Mazda 3 vehicles - such pleasure, and the service department was top-notch; with Steve as a Service Consultant, you knew you were in good hands.However, the service staff has wholly turned over several times. With my recent experience, my rating has dropped. Before COVID, the dealership proactively called their customers to get their tires changed out for the season. After COVID, no proactive calls come. I recently called to schedule an appointment for my tire change out on my Mazda 2018 vehicle. The service receptionist's attitude was I was interrupting her day. The Service Receptionist service rating is 1 star.Since the dealership could not accommodate my schedule, I picked up my tires and went somewhere else. (BTW - Canadian Tire on Appleby - knocked it out of the park) However, after reviewing all the paperwork in the evening, I noticed that the tires Mazda gave me were not for my 2018 Mazda. I called the dealership to discuss this with the Branch Manager. He felt it was not his problem. He finally said he would follow up with his Service Manager. No call from the Branch Manager or the Service Manager. This is why I have downgraded my rate to 2 stars - when the Branch Manager and Service Manager no longer care about their customers and their feedback, it signals problems with the dealership. I would rate their customer service as a 1 star.I called and spoke with Bryce Thomson Service Consultant. He listened to my concerns and said he would take care of me; we set up a time for my 2018 Mazda to return to get my 2018 seasonal tires put on. Bryce apologized for the mistake and he did make it right. I appreciated Bryce's willingness to resolve the issue and do it right by the customer. Bryce earned a 5-star rating.The Branch Manager and Service Manager could take a page from Bryce's handbook on handling customers and resolving problems when they arise.I will think long and hard about whether or not I purchase my next vehicle with this Leggat Dealership.PS - the dealership should bring back the service surveys so this type of feedback can be given without your dirty laundry being aired to the world.

Service with a smile- even during social distancing. My service contact Ashley was extremely friendly and welcoming at drop off and kept me informed through out the process. When the work the no contact pick up was seamless. I will definitely return!

Proof that this Mazda dealership is is gouging and ripping customers off (see invoice) I called in to schedule my tires to be mounted and balanced on my rims, they quoted me $130 over the phone, and when transferred to make the appointment, told me it was $150… they finally agreed to $130. I dropped the tires and rims off to which they told me it would be $140…. Literally every new person has a new price! We finally agreed for the second time that it would be $130. They finish the job and I paid over the phone not realizing they charged me an extra $8 for wheel weights, without even mentioning the extra charge! Never in my life have I been charge extra for wheel weights on a mount and balance, anywhere. Went in to get a refund and they reluctantly refunded me, no explanation, no apologies, just ignored me completely and mentioned I am banned to come back…To me it’s not about the money, it’s the principal and lack of transparency. I recommend all to make the drive to Budds Mazda for all future maintenance. Do not trust this service department.

My car's AC had a leak. I wasn't told I had to pay for the initial inspection. Thry said it would be reimbursed. I was told it was under warranty.I dropped off the car to have it fixed after they submitted to the warranty department and was approved.I came by to pick up the vehicle and was told I owed $345!!! I was not informed about any extra charges by the advisor. I will not be going back to Leggat Mazda Burlington. Extremely unhappy.
