Today we had Integra plumbing fix our washing machine water line. The service was excellent and the pricing was extremely fair!Wednesday the water line running to our washing machine broke and started leaking into our crawl space. I called Viktor at around 5pm and explained the situation. Within the hour he had made arrangements to have a plumber come to the house on Friday. He mentioned the possibility that the plumber could come on Thursday afternoon if time permitted.Viktor was able to send two plumbers on Thursday afternoon after their last call. The plumbers were able to find the leak and they had it fixed within half an hour. They only charged for one plumber's work, instead of two, because normally the job would only require one plumber.We really appreciated Viktor's responsiveness and the courteous work done. We won't hesitate to call Integra for plumbing work in the future.

I would have never given this job to a company I did not trust. Quality of service, reliability, and fair and transparent pricing are but a few of this company’s top characteristics. I am not sure whether the name “Integra” was chosen because it echoes the word “Integrity”, but one thing is for sure: this value is deeply embedded in everyone working at Plomberie Integra, especially its boss Viktor.

INTEGRA saved the day. In our older home, all drains under grade were crushed. The owner ViKtor came on site, and came up with a plan. We removed the concrete and steps, and he took care of all the drains inside and out, above and below grade right out to the city’s main. It was a big job for 2 guys, they showed up on time, and 100% satisfied with the work.

I recently hired Integra Plumbing to help renovate my bathrooms and I was very impressed by their work. They were punctual, courteous, and efficient. They installed new showers, sinks and toilets, as well as replacing the main valve with a Sinope Smart Water Leak Detector in just two days.
