Sky Windows Ltd

We replaced four aluminum windows in our house in North Burnaby and we are very pleased with the product and service. New windows made a big improvement to the heat and sound insulation of our home. I have already referred another customer to Sky Windows Ltd.

My husband and I just bought a house in Vancouver and the basement windows were in really bad conditions. We knew from day one we needed to change them as soon as we move in. We got numerous estimates, until I got Theo from Sky Windows Ltd to come over. We told him we were working on a budget and showed him what needed to be done. He not only gave us many options of designs, but also was able to work well with our budget. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Then Phil came to measure the windows and he was also a very nice guy. I was impressed on how professional they are and how fast the windows were installed. I already recommended Theo to my mother-in-law, who changed the windows in her house and to my coworker, who's having all the windows in her house changed. Both myself and my mother-in-law are very happy with our new windows and I'm looking forward for next year, when I'll have my side door and bay window :)oh... almost forgot: they have a referral program as well. The incentives are great and they are very good in sending them to you.I recommend contacting Theo if you want a really good price for a great product!

I'm not normally one to leave a negative review; I would rather deal with the business directly. However in this case that was impossible. We had Sky Windows measure for a new patio door in July 2020. After *seven months* of waiting for a door and trying repeatedly to contact them, with zero response, we finally received an email saying that they were unable to provide our door because they have a two year backlog. Again our direct feedback went unanswered. So, definitely don't use this business -- either they won't be able to help you for two years, or they will lie to you about it. In any case, they just won't respond.Furthermore, they have a Google review from a George Best claiming they did a great job, using photos of OUR patio windows. No one named George Best has ever lived in our place, so this is obviously a fake review, and certainly calls into question the authenticity of all the other reviews.

We had Sky Windows Ltd. to install some new windows and doors for us and they did an amazing job. The Installation associates were very professional, courteous, and helpful, and the installation is beautiful. I had no idea that new windows and doors could look so great! I would absolutely recommend Sky Windows Ltd. to others because the whole process was easy and the quality level of the product and the employees has been fantastic. Thank you to Theo and to Sky Windows Ltd.!
