Bought an S130 from Huron Tractor this spring. Whole team has been exceptional, from delivery & walkthrough to product support. I've had two service calls for issues under warranty, and both times the tech quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem on same visit. Highly recommended.

I’m a small time customer with an outdated garden tractor and snowblower, but I was treated with 100% respect. The speed at which the repairs came were awesome; All in an era of supply chain problems and labour shortages, like that didn’t exist. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Anna and Dennis. We recently had our Ariens SNOWBLOWER serviced at Huron Tractor. Our walk behind snowblower had been used maybe 10 or 12 times over the last 2 winters and wasn't running correctly. The bill didnt quantify the number of hours but we were told the hourly rate was $160/hr. to which our bill amounted to a jaw dropping $597. to change a $52 coil. This amount is almost half the price of a brand new snowblower and is outright robbery. We will tell everyone we know not to take their small engine equipment there for repair to be charged farm equipment rates. Unbelievable. Also we were told to bring it back if it didnt run right because it hadn't been tested due to the lack of snow. Are you frkng kidding me?

I bought my X570 with snow blower attachment in June 2022 and have called the Service guys twice while under warranty. Once to help me get the deck off and the second time when the belt came off the snow blower. The service from Tyson my sales guy to Ari in charge of Service is extremely friendly and helpful. My biggest praise goes to Craig the nicest service man you'll ever meet, who is just so friendly and helpful. He has the patience of a saint, and has a great attitude and is a total and utter professional. He makes 100% sure everything is in working order before he leaves and gives great advice on how to operate the machine to avoid future problems. Exceptional service from Lady answering the phone to Craig. I highly recommend these guys.

Parts Desk is very helpful, i have never had a problem. Service can be good and also bad. I found service won't let you know what extra costs are associated with work they want to perform. Then you get a surprise when you show up to pay. But also i found for small stuff like fixing a flat they were fast and reasonable. Don't be afraid to ask questions, better than seeing a bigger than expected bill at the end.
