Morgan Nail and Spa

They used to be friendly, but recently bad massages, rushed appointments, attitude and I picked three colours before they finally had one available (gel colour) to apply. My feet are hardly bad, but any callouses are not tended to during a full pedicure. I used to recommend this place, but unfortunately they don’t care unless you’re getting a full set of acrylics or long gel nails. Used to do gel nails and gel pedicures and bring friends or family with me, no longer. The last time the woman doing my hands smacked my hands (I was getting a pedicure at the same time) and said to the woman doing my pedicure “she is MOVING TOO MUCH” uhm excuse me I was being pulled and tapped to move for her? Is this nascar or a nail spa? When I tipped cash I didn’t even get a goodbye thank you my shoes were far and had to step on the bare dirty ground to find them. She didn’t say thank you. Now one woman was extremely kind caring and considerate; but I don’t remember her name. I wish I did because that one person deserves a raise. The rest should take note honestly.

I was booked in for a relatively last minute shellac mani-pedi and I was impressed with the service I received! Both my nail technicians (Jenny and Diana) took their time to make sure I left the salon with my hands and feet looking and feeling better. The staff were also very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. Thank you Jenny and Diana for the beautiful nails! I’ll be back again soon!

I did manicure and gel color couple times here with different a lady who’s name is Vickey, Candice, Jenny, Gwen, they all did very good service for me, even suggest other red gel color to match the silver that I selected. My favorite lady is Jenny, she did perfect shape of my nail. The palace is nice, clean and comfortable. All equipments are very updated and professional. I will recommend my friends to come here more often in the future. I will be loyal client here in the future. This nail salon has replaced my original one which service is not good like this one. Morgan nail and spa is really worth to go!

Rude staff. I canceled my appointment because they are majorly Rude on the phone. Treat customers like dirt and I don't support businesses that do so. It's too bad cuz the girl that did my nails last time was decent.

How do I give less then one star?I was looking for a salon closer to my house that could do nice nail art. I like to have over the top nails and this place advertised that did nail art on their website with photo reference. I go in with a photo of what I was initially thinking, which was still pretty simple, an ombré from pink to purple. She said she couldn’t do ombré because she didn’t have the “tools” (.... a sponge?).So I showed a different photo and asked if she could do this— blue v-tip on a natural pink base (For some reason I can’t add photos). What I got was:a) not a v-tip or even V shaped.b) uneven and bumpy not one line on these nails is the same size as another, even the underside is a messc) attitude when I asked it to be at the very least straighter lines...?Even the other nail techs knew she was doing it wrong the kept side eyeing her work and saying things like “v shape”Over all the place is a mess. There’s no organization to the set up. Which should have been my first clue but I figured they’re new maybe they’re just trying this out.Like I can’t get over how bad these nails are. They look like when I would try to do my nails when I was 12 with those French tip tracer things.No — actually that looked better than this trash.I understand that this maybe “okay” for some people. Like someone who usually gets just a single solid colour. But when I’m charged extra for “art” I expect it to be clean and professionally looking.

Been going for 3 years at least now. Gwen and Diana are awesome people. Plus if any issues come up it gets resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. I'm always loving the work that they do here!

I went here for a pedicure and I go to numerous nail salons in the lowermainland to find a place that does amazing pedicure (the way they cut the cuticles, the massage, the lotion, etc.) and I really thought this salon was extremely thorough and did the full process. The ladies were also extremely sweet and kind.

I routinely go to this salon and I always find them very consistent. I have never been disappointed with a service and have always find my nails last a reasonable amount of time. They also have an amazing colour selection.

They do not value your time at all. Every time I’ve gone they have made me wait more than 45 minutes every time. They’re also always making fun of their clients in their mother language. I’ve gone back to give them “another chance so many times, but they always disappoint. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I had a shellac manicure today and the lady that did my manicure cut every single one of my fingers. I left with bloody and scabbed fingers. She kept saying it was because my skin was too thin, but I have had hundreds of manicures in my life and I have never had this happen before. They are not careful with tools here.I do not recommend this place.
