I have had a great experience with the team. Great service level, never felt rushed and always given options and a good understanding of the quality and price differences. Felt well taken care off. Did large paint job as part of a reno and they were very helpful. Both Tyler and the branch manager, Mike, were great to work with.

I’ve been using DULUX paints since getting the exterior of my home painted by WOW 1 DAY PAINTING over 4 years ago. The exterior paint still looks new! I’ve since bought stains for my fence, interior, and deck paint. Not only is the paint quality exceptional, the team at the DULUX store is great! Today on my visit to this store, Mike and Tyler were so friendly and professional. They got me what I needed quickly and matched the colour to my paint chip perfectly. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and quality!

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff. Store manager (Mike) or whoever else (specially Tyler) are always ready to help. Because of their service I try my most to go to this place to shop even if there is another store closer.

I've purchased Dulux paint from 3 different branches and this one here at Blue mountain, is the best of the best thanks to the team who works here. Mike (the manager) and Tyler offers such great customer service, they are knowledgeable in their products, super friendly, easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to help their customers. I purchased the wrong wooster paint brush and the one that I needed was out of stock. Mike went above and beyond, went to another branch to source more of the wooster shortcut paintbrush and had it ready when I returned to the store to exchange the paint brush and to pick up an additional pint of paint. The team here honestly is a star, such great customer services, and offers such good vibes. Highly recommend you visit here even if its out of your way, you won't regret it. I've purchased Dulux kitchen and bath, lifemaster paint from 2 years ago and the paint is holding up really well, good value and durability. Products offer more competitive pricing than big box stores. Highly recommend.

I’ve used many paint stores over the years and I’ve found Dulux Coquitlam to be the best. I found them last time when the Orange Box computer system couldn’t get me a good match. Dulux were able to do it. It was so good that it saved me a full repaint. Today they once again they killed it with two perfect matches! The service from Tyler was amazing and the Dulux paint is excellent. Save yourself the drive and go to Dulux instead of the Orange Box store.

Mason was the guy who took care of us. Although he did talk a bit much he was extremely well versed in the products. The diamond paint is amazing for the price after the buy one get one. If you compare this to sherwin then you would be comparing the superpaint which is still a long shot off from the diamond line.
