I contacted them and requested a quote, they declined same day but with no reason or explanation.Unprofessional and disappointing treatment.I would have expected a more professional response and/or details of the issue considering their quote form was lacking

First time, no show, then send an email to say no staff. Lack of staff management. Wast my time.Second time, half hour late to schedule, no time, not reliable.Maybe for new customer, do not care.Then threatened me that will take legal action because I post review on Google.-5 for rating if I could.

Sold our Condo and had a short period of time to get things done....The Sparkle Home Team came on short notice with brand new machines to do our carpets for the new owners, we have had other companies do our carpets before but David and his team went above and beyond what I expected. Kudos to Sparkle Team....we recognize great service and highly recommend this company....we will be a return customer for sure!!!! Thank you once again we will be in touch in the future :)
