Great place to call home!

Very nice apartment building only thing wrong with it is the man who is the superintendent he's a nasty little man who acts like he owns the place glad to hear that he is retiring soon

This placed housed my great grandmother and grandfather for many years. Great place, and clearly great staff. When I think of the good times with them both, I often have fond memories of this place as a child. Would recommend to anyone living in this area.

My review before was a happy one but unfortunately that's not this one. My console is messed up regarding power lines. The red lines are fine but the green lines don't depict how much power I have. From the minute I start out full but real quickly it's showing 2 green lines. After a few minutes it'll read 1 line then none. Suddenly it shows all again. It constantly does this. I don't trust it. Since I've lost power 2 days in a row I fear it stopping again. I believe the memory board or wires perhaps loose and I'm not a mechanic. But you don't seem to want to fix this. The last time I called your Service Department I explained all this then was put on hold for too long and when my call was off hold, Motion asked if they could get back to me. I never heard from them again since. If I had a lot of money I'd buy a new Scooter but not from Motion. I live in an Assisted Living apartment complex and I've heard others complaining of similar issues as mine. I'm so sad and disappointed. I had to jump thru hoops to get my Scooter and I'm not very mobile so this is a huge inconvenience for my independent living. Maybe Motion in reading this will come to my rescue.Sue Johnston
