No one is here till 10.30 while office timings were 9.00 am. Worst insurance services. They don't respond on phone as well.Try to avoid such organizations for insurance purposes

Never never never buy insurance from them. They are waste of time, energy and money.They will do anything to discredit your medical needs and avoid reimbursing you. They make me excuse and misinterprete what you said on call to refuse claims. Worse service ever.

Please do not buy anything from this company. We submitted a claim for an medical emergency and only until my wife's insurance have expired did we find out that Blue Cross did not pay for it. Apparently there was a lack of documentation, however Blue Cross did not even bother to contact me. They stopped communication earlier this year without any notice to customers. Now I have to pay for the medical emergency out of my pocket. Customer service was also completely unprofessional and incapable of accepting any sort of responsibility. Please do not waste a dollar on this fraud of insurance company.

Purchased their travel insurance. All sorts of cool benefits advertised in case of cancelled or delayed flights. In the end, they bail themselves out with the fine print. Such a greasy organization. Don’t waste your time.

Waste of time, energy and money.Sure, customer service is polite but they will do anything to discredit your medical needs and avoid reimbursing you.No one needs to be arguing with insurances while they're in another country dealing with pain and need immidiate treatment.Not worth buying insurance from them.

Very bad experience. They only care about money and their own “regulations” that do not protect or welcome clients. I’ve brought them so much money and never got a good assistance but lately they didn’t want to activate a contract for a member of my family just because I had forgotten to extend her previous contract I had with them x if I could rate them zero I would. Go away from this poor service!

Very shoddy customer service, they will take years to process anything if you don't follow up with them and even if you do they will probably still take a few months !! It's a scam company I would not recommend at all

Never get this insurance. It’s a complete wast of time and money. It’s better is you pay your medical expenses because with them you will do it anyway
