Such incredible service from Ken and Christian Kalk and A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections. I am purchasing a new home from out of Province and was so happy to be referred to these incredible professionals. Their report was very comprehensive with photos and recommendations. And very quickly presented. It helped so much to have this level of feedback especially when purchasing a new home long distance. Thank you so much to Ken and Christian. And to my realtor Mark Hiebert who not only referred them to me, but accompanied them throughout the inspection. What a team!

Ken and Christian were fantastic throughout the inspection process. They were timely, informative, and very pleasant to deal with. They were able to answer all of our questions as we went through the house and provided useful advice - and the report was ready for us the following morning after an evening inspection!

He was nice, thorough and good at explaining. He even help me decide between 2 houses by explaining the cost of specific repairs. As a women and 1st time home buyer, I didn't have any bad vibes from him. He wasn't creepy or paternizing, I felt like he was a good person that genuinely wants to help and that likes his job. He is very knowledgeable :)

wow, thank you for the thorough report. this will prove to be such a useful tool for scheduling repairs and upgrades in my new home. the inclustion of the photos along with the description of non compliant items really makes it easy to locate and identify future repairs. on a personal.level it was great to meet the inspectors and i must say they were professional and also very plesent. In short the entire experience was great and i would recommend this company to everyone.

Christian and Ken were very knowledgeable, they answered to every question we had. They did an incredibly inspection and the report we received was very detailed and sent to us in less than 24 hours! We also have comfort in the fact that he offered to provide insight even after the report was complete.
