I went there earlier today, the exterior is so deceptive, because it's nice inside. Had a filling meal for only 12 bucks, and it's better than fast food places. Kind of distant from where I live but I'll find a reason to come back eventually!

Decent burger for a low price. Hours are strange as it closes at 4:00 PM so they entirely miss the dinner crowd. Great low-price burger for lunch and quick service. Nice atmosphere and good location, not a crowded area at all.

London Burger held history and a family dynamic, probably the last piece of London where we can all enjoy a wholesome meal with familiar faces. Since there are new owners, we tried to meet the closing of 4 PM and arrived at 3:13 PM, but didn't get to leave until after 4. New staff is extremely slow, don't listen to you and don't communicate.Saying goodbye to London Burger until the original owners come back. We miss you 3!

Ever since ownership changed the place has gone incredibly downhill. 0 care out into food assembly, my burger was drowned in sauce on both sides and the patty was torn in half and haphazardly slapped on anyway. They bought the name so the old reviews seem to be up but don't trust them. The place is absolutely not the place it was a few years back. Sad to see the best burger in town become a place to avoid at all costs.

Had been told about this London staple for awhile and finally decided to check London Burgers out. Relatively low foot traffic on a holiday but expect to be much more popular regularly. 8oz London Burger ($8.49+tax) was charbroiled as I wanted and loved the variety of ingredients to choose from. Burger chef asked if I wanted the burger cut in half to share with my partner, which was a nice customary touch. Also ordered a large onion ring ($6.49+tax) and was satisfied by portion and the nice crunch. Ask for ketchup and plastic forks if you don't want to get your hands dirty like me. Will definitely come again.

Really good food. But I waited 35min for my food. I thought that was quite long. So that why I won't be going back. But it was good. Sad the services took too long

Took half an hour for two burgers and 2 customers who came in long after us were served before us. When we arrived there were also two customers who were there before us who ended up waiting and having others served before them. Very disappointing experience, it’s not the same place that it used to be. The food is different and the service is very poor.The mens washroom was in disturbing condition with diarrhea covering the toilet and floors and the door wouldn’t open upon trying to leave.There were no condiments available like salts and ketchup.I wouldn’t go here ever again. Don’t waste your time and money. It was up there with some of the worst service I’ve ever had.

It may be a cultural issue but I've never been comfortable being served hamburger by an Indian and trust that he is going to put the same effort into it. They were confused about the concept of layering it properly. I hate being served Greek and Chinese food and pizza and hamburgers all by Indians everywhere its ruining the food. The food was a mess and I was given no to go bag. Communicating is pointless its like they just want my money and be rid of me.

The new owners no longer cut their french fries in house, they are using frozen pre-cut fries. As well their portions of gravy on the poutine have been reduced.The new staff seems inexperienced or poorly trained.
