I used to deal with a Latina worker there she was the nicest person with my mother and grandmother. We went to the store asking for her and one of the girls rolled her eyes and answered that she wasn’t working there anymore. Looking at the reviews I have noticed that everyone complains about the same lady that answered rudely to us….. She really needs to improve her customer service.

Do NOT get compression stockings at this location. For four consequative years, there have been problems with the order. This year I received stockings that I cannot wear and the store refused to assist.

I frequently buy things at Shoppers home and always find the girls are helpful and knowledgeable. Simone helped me buy pressure stockings and was so helpful. Two days later I called she said she would look in the back for another pair, and called back within one half hour. Two days before that I bought a cane from another girl who was also very helpful. Keep up the good work girls you are great.

My father had emergency open-heart surgery, and I was left clamouring through a gauntlet of red tape and sordid information after his discharge. There is a huge list of items you need to get that they don't warn you about, but the Occupational Therapists have Wellwise by Shoppers on their list of who you can go to to get some supplies. After 6 days of almost no sleep taking care of a traumatize senior, I was told I needed a raised toilet seat". I am the only one who can watch him

The place and products are fine. You have to really chat with the staff in order to cheer them up and get them talking and helping you. Otherwise, they're not particularly friendly or willing to help. I also don't understand why they make you come in for an appointment, when the store is not busy and there are at least 3 staff members on the floor who can help you (for example, a fitting takes around 15-ish minutes). It would be much easier for the customer if they could be accommodating right then and there, and didn't have to drive another 30 minutes the next day.Also, they don't call you back when you inquire about your products - in my experience at least. So for that reason 3 stars, but if that didn't happen 4 stars, and would be 5 if the staff was more proactive about helping you!

Just had a horrible experience in your store. My plan is fine but your employee could not find my plan l still have no splints for my carpal tunnel. Thanks for nothing

Terrible customer service. Rented a walker for a family member and was given a defective product. The right side brakes didn't work and my family member almost fell due to this. When I tried to get a refund I was told it has to be done by the manager. It has been months and the manager never called me. No accountability and clearly do not care about customer service. Disgusting place of business.

I cannot express how poorly I am treated each time I come into either shoppers home health/wellwise. I am followed around like a thief and immediately treated like an inconvenience until I leave. As someone who would like to pick up supplies for the studio and direct clients here for bandaging etc. After repetitive trips only to be treated this way I will not be returning or directing clients here. I am in awe of how rude the staff is.Also here is a tip- instead of having the small items: gauze, gloves, single use tagaderm etc in the furthest spot away from the cash, maybe move them closer where you can see them, and put the giant items further away instead?
