Best customer service ever we have received. We have to take oci photos and we reached at his place. He closed early because of his daughter was sick which we were not aware. We just called him for location and he said i just closed so we were planning to go back and he called back and said i can come back if you like to wait 5 min. He cane back and did photos and he was so kind and apologized us for closing early. We were so amazed for his kindness and customer service. We will go every time there. Please support his business..!

Horrible experience! You may wonder how could this be bad with all these five-stars?Look, the owner talks you to give him 5 star right in front of him! The quality of the pictures taken is awful, and I am not sure if has any photoshop skills. Look at the picture attached, he changed the color of my shirt with an extremely bad quality. I doubt the pictures meet the passport standard...

Went there because of the high rating, but the photo was a disappointment. The face was not lit and they only had one flash located at the back of the person. I was shocked at how bad the photo was. My face in the photo had green and pink hues on the cheeks, and there’re weird shadows on my face (possibly because of the lack of lighting at the front of the face). The photo place is a small corner in a convenient store. Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice passport photo.

I recently had a passport photo taken here and was very impressed. The shop owner is friendly and the process was quick and painless. I was in and out in no time with my new passport photo! What was even better was that I didn't need to make an appointment like I have to with some other photo studios. I was also able to review my photo right away and make sure that it looked exactly how I wanted it to. Overall, I had a great experience at Pro Passport Photo and would recommend it to anyone in need of a passport photo.

The 5 star rating is true! I brought my 2 boys here today (nearly 3 years and 10 months old) and I can honestly say both photos took under 5 minutes which included seating them and removing jackets. The shop owner was very efficient, knew the passport requirements and had our photos edited and printed 20 minutes later. Would highly recommend this shop, I know I’ll be coming back for all future passport photo needs.

Came here last week with our 2 yr old daughter. The shop owner was SO kind and professional. He brought out a child's booster seat and told us that she had to keep her mouth closed for the photo. We had a friendly chat about South Korea and the photos were ready within 15-20 mins. Highly recommend! If the doors are closed, please just give them a call! The shop owner will answer :)

Excellent service!!They are very good at taking baby photos. We got our son’s photo twice when he was 3 and 7 months old. Both times they did an excellent job!! We went back for our photos as well.

Best passport picture ever in Canada. The way better than taking picture at Costco/Staples(been there done that). The owner is very kind and nice. From now on this place is go to place whenever I need pictures. Thank you!
