She had the property surveyed independently prior to listing which enabled us to have greater confidence in the condition of the property. She also recommended a local lawyer who completed the paperwork on time and on budget.I can honestly say that our offer was largely successful and fair based on her approach and advice. It was actually quite unexpected. We have heard so many stories from others about unscrupulous and underhanded agent behaviour. I am happy to report that Melissa was the opposite of that and a consummate professional.
