Alex is very professional and has a very high quality of work. A few of my neighbours had cages installed around their vents because of deterioration and birds making nests inside the vents due to broken vent covers. Alex replaced 3 of my exterior vent covers and added 3 cages and did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend his services.

Alex came to deal with a mice problem; in the attic, he noticed that the insulation was too thin. He redid the insulation in a very professional way, using a laser to determine the right level, taking lot of before/after pictures, cleaning after the job and explaining all he has done.

Alex resolved our raccoon problem in only a couple hours! We had a family of raccoons living under our addition. We were in a time crunch, and Alex moved his personal schedule around so that he could fit us in the same day. Alex arrived within a couple of hours. He maintained good communication, calling when he was on his way. Alex is very professional, he went over all the options to remove the raccoons safely. He was able to remove mom and babies without any harm to the animals, not even a trap. He fixed the area in which they originally had entered and no sign of them since. Alex left nothing behind and cleaned up before leaving. While he was here, Alex also noticed a few things on the exterior of our home, a small hole where mice could potentially enter, a loose dryer vent, a screw missing, deteriorated caulking. He fixed them all while he was here! What a bonus. I found Alex very reasonably priced, compared to other quotes.He’s now my go to for anything pest related, and have already recommended him to others.
