Backyard Resorts Pool, Patio & Hot Tubs

I have been dealing with the staff and owner at Backyard Resorts Pool, Spa and Hot Tubs for many years and have never been happier. They are a top notch organization with a great attitude and professional demeaner. Highly recommended.

I can't give enough praise to Fred, April, and the entire crew at Backyard Resorts. We've used them for our pool maintenance and products for years but recently had a hot tub delivered and installed. We got a call on the day it was dropped there and they delivered it well after business hours. When I got it hooked up I had an air lock that I couldn't clear and in the process stripped the head off a plastic screw that caused a slow drip from the pump. When I left a message the next morning April called back promptly and they came out that afternoon to replace the screw and get it running properly.If you are looking for a good, honest place to do business you can't do any better in my opinion.Cheers guys!

We called the Kitchener store and asked for a service call which we thought we needed. We live about 50 minutes away and it would have been an expensive service call. Cory at the Kitchener store was very helpful and helped us figure out the problem with our hot tub WITHOUT the service call. We are very grateful for his help over the phone and highly recommend Cory and the Kitchener store for excellent customer service.

When I moved to a property with a pool, Backyard Resorts in Cambridge was recommended to me for all my pool needs. I started using Backyard Resorts and it was the best decision I could have made. Their staff are amazing, patient, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received recently at Backyard Resorts. I had an electrical problem with my hottub and April was able to walk me through diagnosing it even though it was not sold through them. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend their service and staff.

Their knowledge of pools is fantastic. And their pricing is extremely good.April can be harsh and to the point, but her experience pays off and she knows what you need to fix the problem.Fred was great to deal with, he is professional and gives fair and honest advice.Sarah who booked my pool closing was also amazing. She is extremely kind and went above and beyond what I was expecting.The mobile crew who closed the pool, is worth 10 stars on their own. They’re all happy and full of smiles and great at what they do. They were happy to explain the process while doing our winter closing.

Installed a new above ground pool and went here to purchase supplies. Staff analyzed our water sample and were so helpful and thorough explaining everything we needed. Gave us complete instructions for us to take home and refer to.

It is always a pleasure doing business with the company. 100% customer service, knowledge, and helpfulness. As long as I have my pool, I will have Fred and the staff at Backyard Resorts help me.

Fred the owner has helped several times troubleshoot my hot tub and saved me a couple of service calls.He is patient and helpful. We have had our Beechcomber Hot Tub for 23 years and will be going to see Fred and April when it is time for a new one.Highly recommend this c
