The front desk ladies are nice. There is a guy i don't know his name but he is super sweet and helpful. He always ask if i need help or is anyone else helping me. The workers really make sure they are providing the best customer service.

Branch manager refused my request to withdraw my money. She is not knowledgeable about Canadian government IDs. A compliant with head office was made. Please post unpleasant experiences as she is not aware of CIBC customer experience and she needs to go.

Opened an account here for 2 of my kids the person lost my card in the office! Like how do you lose a card in a office! And on top of that the person was not social at all. It was such a terrible experience you kids opening their first bank account you could at least fake it!

Horrible training and smug employees who just want to sell you on mutual funds.Setting up my sons RESP was told it had to be managed by them, i set it up and when i got home found out that was wrong.Had to set up another appointment, told me it should be in the mothers name.Went back and forth (cause that’s ridiculous) until a manager came and said it’s fine.Tried to sell me on mutual funds again and then made my wife feel bad for not banking with them. Then they didnt have me fill out all the proper paperwork with investors edge & that took another visit.So poorly trained

CIBC is the WORST bank I have ever had to deal with. They lose your credit card 4 times, sending it to different provinces from where you live, you can't get an answer for ANY question you ask, no one answers the phone and you have to wait in line for an hour just for them to tell you they cant help you. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have given that. Kristin couldn't even bother letting me know what's going on while I was IN the branch.

The upper management of the branch need a serious training on customer service. They are not welcoming nor helpful. Whatever happened to the friendly, smiling and 'going the extra mile' generousity of our service community?

They asked me for the same ID (original) that I opened the account with eventhough I have shown them soft copy and many other IDs, address proofs, bank statements. Bad customer service! They need to be trained.
