We have 4 kids so selling during the pandemic was going to be a tricky task. Jeanette worked with us to accommodate showings that worked for us. As a first time home-buyer, it was a really nice experience working with Jeanette. I knew I wanted work with her after our first telephone conversation where I felt right away that she had a very human approach to the business and is very genuine. She’s very approachable and understanding and she helped me step-by-step as a newbie and I felt comfortable asking any questions as she is very patient. She isn’t pushy at all and when I was uncertain about how I should go in with an offer on a house I loved, she helped me make a decision by asking the right questions about how I would feel if things went one way or the other.
