I have had this software for almost three years and I amMore then disappointed with the functionality and the support I got after I bought it. I am constantly having to restart the software programming in order for my scan cards to work. Some cards will work and some won’t. When you try to call them you can’t get ahold of anyone it goes right to an automated response to leave a voicemail. It’s super inconvenient and my members get angry when they can’t get into my facility. I wouldn’t suggest using this company one bit.
