The vibe of Union Station is amazing. Only station I found in Toronto which is huge and beautiful.

Very smooth operaring bus station in the middle of the city. Wish GO Transit had more trains than buses though. Intercity travelling in buses is so 1970's.First-timers are advised to stand in the line a good 10 mins before departure time if the bus. Lines get filled up before you know it.

Extremely difficult to find. Signage is not clear & a few are leading to the wrong places. GO customer staff are not scattered in the right places.Although, once you find it - it’s a nice new building. Modern & lots of space!

Superb architecture, historic buildingWhen you’re a part of a customer-facing team, it is easy to feel bogged down by the sheer volume of customer queries or complaints you need to resolve. Even the executives who head customer experience and customer service functions feel similar heat too, when customer ratings drop. On such days, you might have needed that extra bit of motivation to really drive you and that’s completely normal!

What a mess, just trying to find the right train station from Rogers centre was horrible. I just followed a group of people because there are no signs, no directions, no help. I ended up at the bus station, and I meant to be at the train. The bus station looked like a zombie apocalypse had broken out and people were crying and screaming, trying to get on the bus. I showed someone my train ticket all he did was yell at me to go buy a fare. I found information booth in the corner (can’t believe I even noticed it) and asked, he told me I was at the buststation and needed to find the train station and said just go straight that way. Well that didn’t help, it wasn’t straight that way. I found it on a whim with 2 minutes to spare. For Toronto people, they might know, this was my first time in Toronto alone and I was as lost as I could be. Literally signs or maps would be great. The train itself is super hot, no airflow and lots of people crammed in there. Also, on my way too and from, someone accidentally hit the yellow emergency bar. You can’t tell it’s an emergency bar, and it’s huge, no wonder someone hit it.There isn’t enough parking at Burlington/aldershot go station, I arrived 20 minutes easily and missed my train there and had to wait half an hour for the next one.also, the wifi is so slow it’s unusable. Are there bathrooms on the train? No idea, had to pee but couldn’t find a sign or didn’t know. The train itself was nice. Met some great people and it was a smooth ride

Its not as confusing as some people have made it sound in the reviews. Yes the entrance to the old bus terminal is closed and all you see is a bunch of cars parked there of workers. If you keep walking on the side walk you will see a sign under the pass on the left hand side saying bus terminalEntrance keep walking in its direction and you will enter the doors you keep walking through the hall way it has a bunch of doors and seats you keep walking till you see the sign saying cibc park square thats where you will see two doors one for the park and the other taking you to the actual new terminal.Yes there is not a lot of signage but if you follow the few signs you should be okay. The lower floor has gates 1-7 rest are on the upper level that can be accessed with escalators. They have automatic doors which indicate when to enter etc. They have vending machines and seats with signs asking people not seat closeby to maintain social distance. They also have ticket machines and the multiple screens showing arrival and departure info abt buses and regular announcements as well. While i was there i saw security walk the area and the construction workers were also polite and were helpful when you asked them any questions.

When I first got to the station, I was amazed by how scenic everything looked. The deep blue skies and the piercing glass skyscrapers. The bus station is easy to locate, and has the proper signage and amenities.
