The pharmacist and staff were so helpful and knowledgeable when I asked numerous medical care questions. We're from out of town and my son ran out of his puffers as well. They facilitated the transfer of his prescription and made it really easy for me. The service and care was exceptional. Thank you!

I cannot thank Eric Tobia enough for his professionalism and care. I am writing this on behalf of my parents. I heard through a Northbrook resident that vaccines arrived for anyone" Call me selfish but I jumped on the phone as fast as I could to secure 2 vaccines for my parents so we could reunite - my mom has only held her youngest grandbaby a couple times in 9months due to being high-risk.Making the appointment I never registered Tobia Pharmacy was owned and operated by Mr. Eric Tobia we watched every Wednesday and Friday night at the Yardmen Arena and would listen to Jack Miller broadcast away...so after last night this Pharmacy holds even more special place in our family as my parents supported the Bulls for years .There was a mix up with vaccine - my dad inquired many times since booking "did they ask our age" no one did. They set off to Northbrook from Belleville and unfortunately could not receive because of age range "we were too old for the needle" papa keeps telling his grand babies.My parents were disappointed but understood. We all are saddened to have to wait longer but cannot thank the staff for a positive experience. Everyone was kind

Manager attempted to deny me from returning a dental pick that was purchased hours before and unopened because of the Corona virus. Aside from UV and soap known to disable the virus, at no time was I informed this would be a final purchase. Manager lectured me that it was my responsibility to purchase items more carefully because of the pandemic. Manager eventually agreed to reimburse me not without a lot of hassle. Poor customer experience and lack of knowledge in terms of this virus.

Great Pharmacy for all your medical needs. Got the flu vaccine here and it was fast and easy. Staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to move your prescriptions to this location if your here full time or over the season. I can recommend this business.

I love this pharmacy, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Eric is the most helpful, nice, knowledgeable, and thorough pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Any time I have had a question about anything regarding medication, he is always there, and I have never felt rushed in any way. The staff here are fantastic, also very helpful and always pleasant!

Eric and his team have been fantastic! We are visiting Bon Echo provincial Park, our daughter came down with a terrible infection and Eric helped work with our family Dr to get the best prescription filled ASAP.
