Bird Dog Fitness

I have been searching high and low for a studio that offers reformer pilates, and was beyond excited to come across Bird Dog Fitness; a beautiful studio located in the town of Ingleton that offers this, and much more. I had my very first beginners class, of which was held by the wonderful Katie Batista, and I can confidently say that I have fallen in love with the challenge. There is magic created when connecting one's mind to one's body, and learning the grace within the movement of each set. Looking forward to the journey, and, with pleasure, recommend Bird Dog Fitness to anyone who is looking to begin, or continue, their personal fitness story and enhance their posture, balance and flexibility.

Bird Dog Fitness not only offers amazing fitness classes but is so clean and beautiful! There has been a lot of time and money put into the studio and it shows! Fantastic place!
