Global Pet Foods in Aurora is outstanding!! The customer service is always great and the staff is very knowledgeable. Their prices are also the best out there even in comparison to other Global Pet Foods locations. They made my family’s first time getting a puppy extremely easy.

Best Pet store in the area, personal service from the owner Scott who is very knowledgeable. If he doesn't stock a product that you want he will order it in for you. So much better to deal with the actual owner instead of these big box stores, his prices are competitive with the big stores as well. They carry a great selection of raw food and the top brands of dry.

Great place for dogs in my case. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They have great advice, are helpful and can order items when needed. Would highly reccomend!!!!

Very friendly, knowlegable and helpful staff.I stopped in today to get food for a dog that I am dogsitting. They recommened a more favourable flavour of the same brand as well as 8, EIGHT, sample bags of a few diffent flavours FOR FREE!Great customer service!!!

I've been going to this location for years, great staff, super helpful and excellent products. Have been given very good advice for food choices and dog toys. The owner is extremely knowledgable and goes above and beyond.

Recently bought a new puppy and we went to the typical pet food stores (i.e., PetSmart, etc). We quickly realized the lack of customer service there l and though to give this location a try. This is an awesome pet store - the staff are actually there and available to help u. Not only that but i found the staff here really knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

This place is beyond amazing! I went in to get cat litter and a small bag of dog food. I’m pregnant and they could clearly tell. The staff was so very sweet and did not want me carrying it myself. A very sweet lady carried the bag for me to my car. Something so small and little like this can truly make someone’s day! This place clearly goes out of their way for customers.

Very knowledgeable staff. The owner went above and beyond to find a food that my cat would eat. I love that they have unique and high quality brands not available in other main-stream stores. This store provides excellent customer service and I am so glad they moved to the west side of Aurora!

Out of all the Global Pet Food stores I have been to this one is the best for service, Scott and everyone in the store are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Always greet you with a smile. Though there are stores closer to my location, I find myself making the 90 km drive to this store!
