Fun and sooooo delicious Seinfeld-inspired Dinner last night from Stratford Chefs School. Perfect to go with for our recent binge-watching on Netflix. We had so much fun. The food was delicious, the instructor was amazing. I would recommend booking in groups of three if you want to stick together. We learned lots of cooking skills and overall a very fun experience.

Kate and I had the Seinfeld take home dinner last night. It was the best meal we've had in a long time. We especially enjoyed the lobster bisque and the salad course. Wine pairings worked wonderfully, glad we ordered that! The roast chicken was perfect and more than ample -- we have left overs for another day. We'll be ordering again!

Great planning, instructions and attention to detail for these unique dishes. We got to watch Chef Eli model proper techniques, participate in executing the recipes and build on our own skills. The class was extremely useful and a lot of fun. Great company, too! Thank you Chef Eli, Greer, Mary, Mandy and Sherri for a lovely evening!

While visiting the area we ordered a couple of the meal kits. The Charcuterie board was amazing quality and the amount of food was very generous. We also did the burger dinner which was good too. Simple preparation instructions, fresh ingredients and they share the recipes!

I have attended the one week open kitchen program and also an evening class, and they are fantastic! I have learned how to improve my home recipes, including simple things I have done incorrectly which may have contributed to the reason things didn’t turn out how I hoped. Chef Eli is extremely knowledgeable and organized. I appreciate his food science expertise and how he explains different cooking techniques for different proteins. The principles are then easy to apply to your own concoctions at home!! I will definitely keep coming back for more ideas, and it’s just a fun time overall!!

Wonderful experience, cooking Indian food in the kitchen with Chef Eli and assistant Greer. It was a lot of fun and eating the fruits of our labours brought the evening to a satisfying conclusion.

Our meal, last night, ( Feb 11/23) was beyond delicious from start to finish. The flavours of the food; the presentation; the service and explanation of the dish presented was wonderful. We certainly benefited from being at a dinner of guest Chef Jason Bangerter from Langdon Hall, Cambridge. Six of us enjoyed “family time” during this dinner…..even 1 of our “servers” was a family member. Owen Pearson, thank you for looking after us. We can’t wait to see when your culinary career takes you.
